2. Visiting the website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including your IP address, the requested URL, the time of access, and browser and system information. This supports content delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Cloudflare, Inc., USA, operates an international network. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare describes the transfer mechanisms it uses, including standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions, in its privacy policy and data processing agreement.
3. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us, your contact details and the information you provide are processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns steps before entering into a contract or a contract with you. Other enquiries and communication with company representatives are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is to respond appropriately to the enquiry.
Email services are provided by Migadu-Mail GmbH, Switzerland. Details of processing and safeguards are available in Migadu’s privacy and data processing information. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Switzerland. The email links open your own email application; this website does not store form submissions.
Providing information is voluntary. Without suitable contact details or sufficient information about the enquiry, it may not be possible to respond. Please share only the information necessary for your initial enquiry.
4. Retention
Information from enquiries is retained for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting working relationship. It is then deleted unless statutory retention requirements or legitimate reasons for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims require otherwise. Retention periods for technical connection data depend on the type of data, the security purpose and the Cloudflare configuration actually in use.
5. Local fonts and no tracking
Fonts and images are served by this website. No external font services, analytics tools, advertising trackers, embedded social networks or contact forms are used. The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage. The hosting provider may apply technical security measures depending on the request.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
